What is the Spectra Vision Biofeedback Scan?
The SpectraVision is an advanced biofeedback unit that scans the body to determine what the body is needing support with in order to reach optimal wellness and overall energetic balance.
The scan results are found through analyzing your body's response to thousands of vibrational signatures of items within a variety of different wellness categories. The results take into account your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as through the practice of Chinese medicine, we know these are all connected. As a seasoned Holistic Nutrition Practitioner with over 25 years of experience, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through the transformative power of nutrition. With a deep passion for holistic wellness, I have helped countless clients unlock their full potential and lead vibrant, fulfilling lives.
Maybe you can relate to my story: After years of eating a typical western diet I started to see and feel the negative effects on my body. Even as a seasoned personal trainer spending hours in the gym with my clients and doing my own exercise I was not seeing the results that I wanted. My body was showing the side effects of an unbalanced diet. Nutrient deficiencies manifested themselves in:
– Low energy
– Depressed mood
– Weight gain
– Age spots, and wrinkles.
My mind and body were not feeling the youthful energy that equaled my age. I knew something had to change.
So I dedicated my career studying the relationship between eating wonderful, nutritious foods and the positive effects they have on creating a healthy body from the inside out. I firmly believe in the body’s natural healing abilities and emphasize the importance of taking a well-rounded approach to wellness.
Over the years, I have facilitated numerous workshops, delivered keynote speeches in the United States and Canada, and conducted one-on-one consultations. Through these platforms, I have shared my wealth of knowledge on topics such as gut health, hormonal balance, weight management, and stress reduction and more. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between the body, mind, and lifestyle.
